It has been said that the OnePlus 6T will not do not have about 3.5mm headphone jack but it will have better battery life. This no 3.5mm jack has been confirmed by the Carl Pei in an interview that he has given to the TechRadar. There are two reasons for this which are given by Carl Pei. The first reason is the audio which will be through the USB C will able to allow the company to provide with some better sound as well as it will improve the music playback performance in OnePlus 6T. The next reason is it will be saving the space from removing the 3.5mm headphone jack. As a result, the company will be utilizing this space for improving other aspects of the phone like battery life. He also indicated that the phone might get a bigger battery.
The company will be arriving with OnePlus 6T which will be without the 3.5mm headphone jack. The company has also announced that it will be launching a new variant of Bullets wired earphones which will be using the USB-C connector. It is expected to be affordable as well as they will b value for money too. OnePlus has promised that it will be coming up with the better sound quality which will be from the Bullets which will be due to the new connector. As per carl Pei, it said that thanks to the new DAC as they have implemented with the help of the friends at Circus Logic that can offer a high dynamic range as well as high signal to noise ratio. It will also lower the noise floor.
The screen of the OnePlus 6T will also be getting a water drop notch as well as it will have a fingerprint sensor which will be embedded under the screen.
